Florian Ruttner is a researcher at the Collegium Carolinum’s branch office in Prague. Before coming to Prague, he was studying and teaching at the University of Vienna at the Department of Political Science, where he focused on the Theory of Fascism and German National Socialism, the history of the völkisch movement in Austria and Germany, critical theory and the history and theory of antisemitism. He is the author of the monography Pangermanismus. Edvard Beneš und die Kritik des Nationalsozialismus, Freiburg i. Br. 2019 and the co-editor of the collected volume Unabgegoltene Hoffnung. Kritische Theorie, Moderne und Ästhetik, Wien (2021).
